It was brilliant to be at the St George's Day fair today in Horley Town Centre to chat to residents and support local businesses.
The fair is organised by the Horley Association of Traders (HATs) and they did a wonderful job in organising and facilitating this.
A live band performed for us, we had a dragon statue and a visit from St George himself and several cake stalls as well. We also took the opportunity to support local coffee shops James Cafe and Serendipity on Horley High Street. It's always good to support local businesses and this is a great way to show my support.
It was lovely to be joined for the afternoon by Surrey Police & Crime Commissioner and my good friend Lisa Townsend to talk about local issues relating to crime in the community.
It was a fun day and I'd like to thank HATs for all of their work to make this happen!
