Our local high street is a lifeline for residents. But I don't feel it's supported enough.

A good high street doesn't just boost the local economy, but brings people together. It creates local jobs and make our community stronger.

I will push the authorities for further support for local businesses by working to attract investment to boost the local high street.

My longstanding support and advocacy for local businesses in Horley will continue, and I will continue to highlight all of the fantastic organisations we have here. And I will oppose any scheme that puts the high street at risk.
