Improving Horley High Street

Detailed designs to improve the subway, Horley High Street and new designs for the Central Car Park have gone on display in Horley Library.

This is all part of Reigate and Banstead Borough Council and Horley Town Council's plan to create a safer, greener town centre that works better for local residents.

I am hopeful that these designs and other innovations as part of the Horley Town Plan will enable new businesses to open in Horley Town Centre and allow existing businesses to blossom.
