The pandemic has shown how precious our green spaces are and how important it is they are protected, with health benefits linked to access to open spaces.

I will work to ensure that the countryside and open spaces are protected to ensure everyone has access to nature, and enhanced so that local wildlife is able to thrive.

Littering has been blighting our open spaces locally and has a negative impact on the community. Read more about some of the action I have been taking to address this in the community.
