ULEZ is going on trial

It is great news that Bromley, Bexley, Harrow, Hillingdon and Surrey County Councils have had their judicial review accepted by the High Court today.

The High Court has said there is sufficient evidence that the Mayor of London's ULEZ decision may have been unlawful. He clearly doesn't have the legal grounds to proceed with his highway robbery and must now explain his unjust and unfair actions to the court.

ULEZ expansion is something that continues to worry residents. The unjust and unfair proposal by the Mayor of London to blight Outer London and the Home Counties with a charge that does little to tackle the issue it claims to solve is something I am working hard to stop. There are better ways to tackle air pollution in London and the Home Counties.
