Ockley School Buildings public meeting

Writer: Taylor O'DriscollTaylor O'Driscoll

Great to attend last night's Ockley School Buildings public meeting hosted by Ockley Parish Council to hear about the plans to repurpose the school buildings, which have been unused since the school closed in 2017.

The plan proposed will see a play centre for children under the age of 12 opened, which will provide a safe space to learn through play outside and indoors, alongside a cafe for adults and children to relax afterwards. I think it will be a fantastic asset for Ockley and will really help the children of the village and surrounding areas.

If you support this proposal, please head to this page to sign the petition, which will show the Diocese that the community is behind this proposal.
