An evening in conversation with Iain Dale

It was a real pleasure to welcome author and broadcaster Iain Dale to Horley for an evening in conversation.

We talked about his thoughts on current events, his books and his experiences as a Parliamentary candidate.

Iain has written or edited several books, including on Margaret Thatcher, American Presidents, alternative political history and election results. If you'd like to buy one of his books, you can do so here. He also presents a show on LBC talking about current affairs, which you may have heard.

It was lovely to host him in Horley, hear local Conservative Party members' questions, and get his thoughts on the political landscape. A very interesting evening.
