Today is Surrey Day, where we celebrate everything great about our county and recognise it's a fantastic place to live and work.
This year's theme is "Surrey From The Sky" which celebrates our vantage points, aviation and aviaries. Locally in Horley and Salfords, we are lucky to live near some fantastic viewpoints over our local area including at Church Meadows and Reigate Hill.
One of my favourite views in Surrey is at Redhill Common which has a wonderful view of the local area, and I have a lot of good memories of visiting here with family growing up.
We are so lucky to live in a fantastic county and today is a good opportunity to reflect and celebrate it.
