I'm a huge football lover and I believe that non-league and grassroots football is about more than just the game.

 

Local football clubs help bring people together and create community spirit. A local football club that's close to the heart of many in Whyteleafe were forced out their ground. Luckily, the community came together to form a phoenix club, which has thrived since.

 

But I feel grassroots football clubs shouldn't be under this pressure constantly. I'll work to ensure that grassroots football clubs are protected as much as possible.
